Centum Park Apartments is a new residential complex that will become a landmark along with APEC Naru park which are both located inside Centum City, a futuristic city built near Haewoondae beach in Busan. With the stateof-the-art deck construction method, the ground floor is a space for people and nature only, and there is a long open space that opens the view of the water. The two complexes are divided with a 40 meter road, and complex 1 is a waterside village with a waterfront deck, wide open space and forest. A smaller Complex 2 is comprised of small fountain, charming bamboo gardenlike parks and is created as a cultural village that is suitable for forming a community among residents and exhibitions and family concerts.
